This privacy policy is intended to help Nutrifitter ebook Users understand what data the service collects and processes and why, and what happens to such data.

- The Administrator collects information provided voluntarily by the User using Nutrifitter. In addition, the Administrator may store information about the connection parameters such as IP addresses for technical purposes related to server administration and to collect general, statistical demographic information (e.g. about the region from which the connection is made), as well as for security purposes.
- The data that is collected and processed is the data necessary to provide Users with the use of Nutrifitter ebooks, to track progress and to ensure the highest quality content.

While they are not required to provide Fonetiko Inc. with any personal information, failure to do so will prevent or significantly limit the ability of Fonetiko Inc. to provide the services and respond to the User's inquiries. - The Administrator shall make every effort to protect the privacy and information provided to them, and concerning the Users using Nutrifitter. The Administrator shall exercise due diligence in the selection and use of appropriate technical measures, including those of a programming and organizational nature, to ensure the protection of the processed data, in particular to protect the data against unauthorized access, disclosure, loss and destruction, unauthorized modification, as well as against their processing in violation of applicable laws.
- Due to the voluntary character of the personal data provided by the Users, they have the right to access their personal data, correct them and may request the Administrator to remove the previously provided personal data from the data files kept by the Administrator, subject to the following sentence. The Administrator can refuse to delete the data if the User, by their behaviour while using Nutrifitter, violated the provisions of this document or the Terms of Use, or valid legal regulations, and the preservation of the data is necessary to clarify these circumstances and determine the User's responsibility.
- If the User subscribes to the newsletter, the Administrator shall send to the e-mail address provided by the User messages containing information about products and services available from Nutrifitter, as well as information about contests and promotions.
- In order to unsubscribe from the newsletter, the user only needs to click on the "unsubscribe" button in the email message he/she received from the Administrator. The user can also unsubscribe from the newsletter by writing directly to the Administrator at the email address: [email protected]
- The Administrator may entrust the processing of the User's personal data to third parties performing certain services, in particular, the execution of payments, the examination of the level of satisfaction of the User using Nutrifitter.
Cookies policy
- When browsing Nutrifitter websites, cookie files ("cookies") are used, i.e. small text information that is stored on the User's terminal device in connection with the use of Nutrifitter. Their use is for the purpose of the proper operation of Nutrifitter websites.
- Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User's devices. In particular, by using them it is not possible to get into the User's devices viruses or other unwanted software or malware. The Administrator uses two types of cookie files:
- Session cookies: these are stored on the device of the User using Nutrifitter and remain there until the session of the respective browser ends. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the device of the User using Nutrifitter.
- Persistent cookies: they are stored on the device of the User using Nutrifitter and remain there until they are deleted. Ending the session of a given browser or switching off the device does not delete them from the device of the User using Nutrifitter. The mechanism of permanent cookies does not allow for collecting any personal data or any confidential information from the device of the User using Nutrifitter.

- analyze Users' activity in order to match the content displayed to them with their profile, which allows improving the management of advertising campaigns through DoubleClick analytical tools, whose administrator is Google Inc. based in the USA, Google's privacy policy is available at the following links: http://www.google.com/intl/pl/policies/privacy/, http://www.google.com/intl/pl/policies/privacy/partners/.
- We recommend reading the privacy policies of the aforementioned companies to learn about their use of cookies.
- Cookies may be used by advertising networks, in particular the Google network, to display advertisements tailored to the User's use of Nutrifitter ebooks. For this purpose, information about the User's navigation path or time spent on a particular page may be stored.
- With respect to the information about User preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the User can view and edit the information resulting from the cookies using a tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/.
- The User may, independently and at any time, change the settings concerning cookies, specifying the conditions for storing them and for their access to the User's device. Changing the settings referred to in the previous sentence, the User can make using the settings of the Internet browser or by using the configuration of the service. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of the web browser or inform on their placement on the User's device each time. - The User may delete cookies at any time using the functions available in the web browser they are using.
- Restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Nutrifitter website.
